Indie pop duo, Skinnydip, is comprised of childhood friends, Sandro Buccellati and Jon Hill from New York. In the Fall of 2017 the two moved to Los Angeles to pursue music full time. "Call It Off", their first single features silky-pop vocals from California native, Claire Brooks. The collaboration seems to find a happy medium between commercial and indie through fusing Skinnydip's crisp-analog, heavily-guitar oriented sound along with luscious Hook’s from Brook's, herself. They followed that up with "Hide", featuring vocals from Jon Hill, which taps into a more electronic side of their production. The most recent release would be "Got Me Going", once again featuring vocals from Hill, this one is a late night indie r&b vibe, written with Austin Brown of Hablot Brown.
