I'm Mission Man, an indie hip-hop artist and self-taught multi-instrumentalist (drums, bass, guitar, keyboard).I’ve been rapping since 1992 and released my first album in 1997 just before turning 18.Since then, I’ve released 15+ studio albums spanning 7+ genres.If you’re into artists like Sage Francis, Atmosphere, Dessa, Buck 65, and Astronautilus, you may connect with my work as well.My early influences include A Tribe Called Quest, and I draw heavily from Prince in rhythm, percussion, and guitar-driven arrangements.My music ranges from technically dense, multi-syllabic rap to upbeat, funk-influenced songs.
