Julian Jarrell Alfred, known professionally as Julian Caesar, is an American rapper, songwriter, record executive, entrepreneur, and media proprietor.Born in Houston, Tx, Julian Caesar grew up in a musical family but didn’t take music seriously until his early 20s. In 2010, Caesar launched Grand Monsieur, a full-service entertainment company encompassing a record label, clothing company, artist management, music publishing, touring promotion, lifestyle brand, and beyond. Caesar has achieved a BBA from Texas-State University- San Marcos and MBA from Prairie View A&M University. Caesar is active in giving back to the community, most notably through his philanthropic work through the Building Leaders to Activate Change (B.L.A.C.) Foundation. The Foundation, founded in 2017 is geared towards providing mentoring programs for eligible students facing socio-economic hardships in the Greater Houston area.
